π 1. 7-Day Return Policy (Eligible Products)
We offer a 7-day return window on selected products.
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
π« 2. Non-Returnable Products
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., used cleaning cloths, opened aroma products)
- Products marked as βNo Returnβ on the product page
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or special discounted items (if mentioned)
π° 3. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
π 4. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
π 5. Return Shipping
- In case of damaged/incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by SillyRides
- For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

- The product is used or not in original condition
